Frontline Education
Frontline Education System
As of August of 2018, Mariposa County Unified School District rolled out Frontline Education Suite, this new system is for our staff and substitutes. This system is an automated service that greatly simplifies and streamlines the process of recording and managing absences, time, and finding substitutes. The Frontline Absence/Time Management Suite will be available to staff and substitutes 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and can be accessed via the internet, phone, and mobile app.

How to Create an Absence:
Please watch the basic training video on "Creating an Absence" here. *If you have multiple positions within the district, you will need to enter an absence for each position that will be affected by your absence.
How to Submit my Timesheet:
Timesheets will automatically populate according to your contract. Auto-population is at the end of the day (12:00 AM PST).
To watch the training videos on "How to Submit your Timesheet"hereand "How to Add time" here, you may need to be logged into your Frontline web account to access them. *If any extra hours were approved by your administrator, please add the time on your timesheet.

Substitutes
The Frontline Education Absence/Time Suite has greatly simplified and streamlined the process for our substitutes to find and manage jobs and time within the district. This system utilizes both telephone, web, and mobile app services to make it easier to accept jobs. Once you accept a position, your timesheet will be auto-populated according to the jobs that you have accepted and or were assigned to. Timesheets will need to be submitted at the beginning of each new month.

Upon hire, you will receive a personal invitation via email from Frontline Education. There you will create your username and password. Click here for "How to Create Your Web Account". *If you have lost/forgotten your web account login credentials, visit the FAQ page located above under the Quicklinks section.
To access via Phone:
Call toll-free at 1-800-942-3767, then simply follow the prompts to enter and manage absences. *When entering absences via the phone, please wait until you receive a confirmation #, your transaction is not complete until you receive confirmation. *If you hold multiple positions, you will have a different pin# that is tied to the position you needing an absence for.
To access via the Mobile App:
Visit Google Play or the Apple App Store and search for Frontline Education. *Staff- please reach out to frontline.support.group@mcusd.org to receive the access pin#.

The Learning Center is your Frontline Education help page. This is where you can find all help guides regarding each feature (Absence/Time). Depending on which feature you need help with, please locate the "?" on the top of your account then select "Frontline Support".
