Mileage Reimbursement

Substitute teachers may be reimbursed for mileage when they travel more than 30 miles one way to a school site. The mileage is calculated from the District Office or their home-whichever is the lesser distance. Substitutes will need to work with the site secretary to start the reimbursement claim after their assignment is completed and before submitting their monthly timesheet. All claims will need to match their current timesheet and assignments in that payroll period.
